You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
How to request a return or exchange
WhatsApp us on +91 85959 23312 with (1) your order ID, (2) a photo of the unused product and (3) the reason for the return. You can also use our Returns & Exchange page: https://astridlifestyle.com/pages/returns-exchange. Items sent back without an approved request cannot be accepted.
Pickup and charges
Once your request is approved, we arrange a pickup from your address. A return pickup charge of ₹100 applies to change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, WhatsApp us a photo within 7 days of delivery. In these cases there is no pickup charge, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
